KYLE PONTZLOFF, P.E.

Founder & Co-Owner

Kyle holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University. He also studied Chemistry post graduate. In 2009 he earned his Professional Engineering license from the State of Ohio, with specialization in Control Systems. His early career included GM/Director of Engineering of an industrial electrical construction company and senior project manager at an engineering firm. Kyle has over 20 years of engineering design experience in controls and automation, and has managed projects of all sizes up to $40M+.

Kyle resides in Oakwood, Ohio with his wife, Mary, one daughter and two sons, an english bulldog and two cats. He is actively involved in the community coaching youth basketball. Much of Kyle's free time is spent on the soccer fields or in basketball gyms with his kids. He also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors golfing, fishing and hiking.

CARL ROSSKOPF

Founder & Co-Owner

Carl holds associate degrees in Business Management and Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Cincinnati State. His early career in business included management of his family's grocery store and GM of a service company. He has 25+ years of engineering experience in the controls and automation industry and has designed controls systems for many industries.

Carl was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati, but now resides in Guilford, Indiana. He and his wife, Teri, have been married for 35+ years and have two children and one grandchild. Carl was involved in his Parish community on the School Technology Board and Parish Festival and Fundraising Committees, and has coached sports at the High School and youth level, including football, baseball and basketball. Carl and his family own a lake house in Nancy, KY, and spend much of their free time throughout the summer months boating, fishing and swimming at Lake Cumberland.
